London before the world wakes..no sound of Big Ben, just rattle of trains and long haul flight arrival..red roses droop, fat squirrel shins up railings on empty street.. a blackbird sings. Who starts the day? not the Today programme, after all..
Wake up NHS!
So exercise is not the answer to depression. Now we know. Real change is organic – it can’t be counted, anymore than happiness can be prescribed…wake up NHS!
